PREPARING FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENT ** Please do all cleaning/ staging before the photographer arrives. He/she cannot wait for any reason. NOTE: Please do not schedule the appointment on the same day that you have scheduled workers, inspections, cleaners, stagers, etc. to be there. ***For cancellations, notice must be provided before 8pm the day before the appointment to avoid late cancellation / not ready fee. CHECKLIST General De-clutter as much as possible. Store excess items in rooms we will not be photographing if applicable: garage, closets or any place that will not be photographed or be visible from adjacent areas to be photographed. Replace all light bulbs that are burned out. Tidy/Hide power cords/cables where possible. Turn off ceiling fans (keep the light functional, fan switched off). Turn off TV and put remotes away. Hide pet items such as bowls, toys and bedding, including cat condos. Kitchen Dining Areas Leave decorative items on the countertops, remove clutter, mail, etc. Clean and put away all dishes/cutlery. Remove all detergents, dish rack, dish towels. Remove ALL objects from fridge i.e. magnets, photos. Bathrooms Put toilet lids in the down position. Make sure toilet paper roll is not empty. For showers with glass doors (or with curtains you plan on leaving open) remove shampoo bottles, soap, etc. Remove all tooth brushes/tooth paste/razors/hair dryers. Remove bathrobes and fold towels neatly. Make sure glass and mirrors are clean. Smudges or residue on glass will be visible. Outside Areas Remove CARS and other vehicles from, driveway, in front of home and carports. Remove or hide all gardening equipment, tools, hoses. If hoses are to be left out make sure they are wrapped neatly. Remove toys including pool toys, except installed play structures /swing sets Rake up sticks, leaves, paper and other litter. Clean up weeds in landscaping beds. 60 Minutes Before Photographer Arrives Adjust all window blinds so that the slats are parallel to the floor (so they can be adjusted as needed) Turn off all televisions and ceiling fans. Turn on all lights in every room and hallway, including table lamps. Put pets away. Move CARS and other vehicles to ensure they will not be seen in photos Please call 770-521-9219 with any questions that you may have about your appointment. Note: We do have a lockbox key, so it is not necessary for you to be home if we have been provided with a CBS code (the “call before showing code”) by the agent.

We understand schedules can be hectic and weather can be unpredictable. Since neither of us can control the weather we try our best to be as accommodating as possible a request to reschedule is made. If your staging or preparation of the property is delayed, please give us notice well ahead of time. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Same day cancellation fee is $75.00 We always try to accommodate rescheduling - however, if our team is not notified and we show up and the house is not ready to shoot, we charge $75.00 plus any travel charges if applicable. We provide next-day turnaround on photos Mon-Sat, as well as for 3D Matterport virtual tours, and dedicated property websites. We do our best to deliver videos as fast as possible - our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for video, though we can rush delivery when requested.

It is optional. We always recommend meeting the photographer at the shoot if possible, as this is the only time to review and approve the photos. If no one is there to meet the photographer, they will use their best judgement and the photos are automatically approved. If no one will be there to meet the photographer, please make sure to provide us with access information. Our photographers do have access to SUPRA lock boxes using a CBS code to be provided prior to the appointment.
